Artome
“How to free audiovisual technology from installation?”
This was the question that led to the essential thought to revolutionise the presentation technology. It was time to say no to cabling and fixed solutions. It was time to start Supporting adaptable spaces and make technology easy to build, easy to use and easy to trust. It was time for Artome to be born.
Artome was founded in 2016 but the idea of Artome smart furniture started already in 2013, when the founder, Toni Parikka, received an interesting commission. The client wanted an integrated and discreet audio system in his existing piece of furniture. The task was considered impossible without sacrificing sound quality – a totally new approach on design that pays attention to acoustics was required.
+Halle
Based in Denmark, +Halle believe that the future of furniture lies in spaces that adapt to the behaviour of the people who use them; meaning that the design needs to achieve a synthesis of context, function and performance.
+Halle are motivated by the transformation in the use of public space: how people relate to large shifts in work, mobility, technology and privacy. Driven by understanding how spatial cultures evolve, +Halle are interested in the complex, diverse interplay between human behaviour, design and architecture.
It is time to think beyond the generic domestic influence on our public spaces; instead, we really should look at the actual needs and let purpose inform our environments.

Lintex
Lintex is a Swedish based company that specialise in writing boards. They add style and design expertise in a world in which aesthetics have, for years, taken a back seat. Whiteboards, office screens and sound absorbers have been the anonymous carthorses of schools and conference premises. Lintex have changed all that: aiming to surprise and challenge the image of what a writing board can be.
Lintex maintains its very own attitude in this world of non-design. By working with several leading Scandinavian designers such as Halleroed, Matti Klenell, Afteroom and Fredrik Mattson, they give writable surfaces a stylish and functional beauty by using tempered glass, high-end textiles, solid wood, and enamelled steel.
The focus on design and materiality heightens the function of the products, making them a delight to use. The products deliver a simple function, but they do it with elegance.

Thinking Works
The adventure began in 1984, when Thinking Works arrived on the scene as the first designer and manufacturer of height-adjustable desks in Australia. They quickly established themselves as the commercial furniture company who combined exceptional quality with ingenious creativity.
Ever since, this inspired mix of eye-catching aesthetics (the ‘beauty’) and intelligent design (the ‘brains’) has formed the lifeblood of all they do. And it’s seen this born-and-bred Australian company earn international awards, global recognition, and inclusion in commercial work installations around the world.
Above all, they are curious. Why curious?
Because curiosity finds new ways. It strives for novel ideas and seeks out better solutions. For the curious, the answers are out there, waiting to be found. At Thinking Works, this open-minded curiosity is what underpins their approach to furniture.
Because life’s more fun when you’re curious.
