The Rio chair can come as a standard single-seater lounge chair with a fixed or removable back cushion but its main benefit is that it can incorporate a commercial-grade sofa bed with an inner spring mattress as a single- or 2-seater bed. Locking castors can be added making for a very versatile chair suited to a hospital or palliative care environment.
