KEO Care, a leading multidisciplinary allied health provided in disability care, recently partnered with HFA to elevate their workspaces with Framery Smart Pods. With five locations across Victoria, KEO Care fosters collaboration and empowerment for both clients and staff, making innovative and functional work environments a natural extension of their mission.

To support their growing teams and hybrid ways of working, KEO Care invested in Framery’s state-of-the-art solutions, including the Framery Six, a multifunctional meeting room designed for up to six people, and the Framery One Compact, a high-performing soundproof pod for private phone and video calls. Together, these smart pods provide acoustic privacy, intuitive technology, and flexible meeting options that enhance both teamwork and focused work.

The project was delivered seamlessly by the HFA team, from showroom visits and stock availability through to delivery, installation, and handover. KEO Care described the $150k investment as an “absolutely phenomenal” experience, praising HFA’s knowledgeable staff, smooth coordination, and professional service. This collaboration has created modern, functional spaces that empower KEO Care’s team to continue delivering outstanding outcomes for the people they support.
