Bolton Clarke Willowdale stands as a testament to collaborative vision and meticulous execution. B2 Property Solutions and Bolton Clarke set out to create a haven of comfort and care spanning two expansive storeys. This 136-bed aged care facility sets a new standard in aged care and has been named a finalist in the Urban Developer Industry Excellence Awards for Development of the Year in the category Retirement, Aged Care and Seniors Living.
From the outset, our focus was to deliver on Bolton Clarke’s vision for spaces that foster community, dignity, and tranquillity, where support centred around residents’ health, happiness, and wellbeing. Each aspect of Willowdale reflects this ethos, from its inviting communal areas to its thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond aesthetics, with careful consideration given to functionality and practicality. From the layout of communal spaces to the selection of furnishings, every decision was made with the utmost consideration for usability, accessibility, and comfort.
We are delighted to have played our part, by drawing on our experience delivering healthcare projects, in ensuring that Willowdale opened its doors to welcome residents with warmth and style.
