Our philosophy is that the sales person manages all stages of the project from initial quotation and procurement of materials, to site measure, installation, final quality checks & handover. They act as the primary contact for post-sales support. This is in direct contrast to a typical sales person’s involvement which ends once the order has been placed, leaving the remainder of the project to be handled by ancillary staff. Our approach ensures a smoother, more cohesive experience and eliminates errors in communications.
