Civilex’s workplace culture
Melbourne-based construction group Civilex is a company who truly values the high-performance culture it has cumulated with their recently completed head offices in Melbourne. This is a prime example of how to build a company culture by creating an office space where people look forward to coming to work.
We were engaged by Civilex to work closely with StudioMint to help create a completely customized, industrial feel workstation & meeting table range together with a very striking joinery package that included planter box storage units, reception, kitchens & completely custom Executive Offices.
