JLT Melbourne
The JLT offices was another project where we working closely with the Colliers International Project Team, ECF was able to provide creative solutions that meet the timeline and the budget. The fit out was extensive requiring 180 Trilogy H Frame workstations fitted with wrapped upholstered screens, mobile caddies, umbilical’s and soft wiring solutions. The workstations also included flush desk top mounted access to Single GPO and USB charging above desk and QUAD GPO outlets below desk and data solution for CAT 6A. Executive Trilogy desks were also used in the offices and featured tailored screen solutions. The break out & casual zones featured a range of seating that providing visual appeal and practical solutions. These comprised of the Neo seating, Escape high back and the Collaboration high table with Neo stools. UBE chairs with Neo upholstered stools & Zac chairs with spider bases provided a broad choice of seating options in the client lounge areas. The job was supplied on time and on budget with a 6 week manufacturing time frame with a 2 week installation program.
