Moreton Shores
Bolton Clarke continued their relationship with Kate from B2 Property Solutions for this project, bringing some of her unique design and thoughtful selections throughout this facility. We worked with Kate and Bolton Clarke on this new wing and also a section of the existing facility, Moreton Shores, at Thornlands near Brisbane. The new wing is spread over 2 floors with plenty of sitting rooms and lounge areas along with several roomy and stylish dining areas and comfortable new bedrooms. There are also a few larger premium rooms with a dedicated sitting area. The dining rooms are fresh and contemporary, featuring our KeyStyle Dining tables with marble look laminate inserts and Amelia Dining Chair with modern curved arm. Lounges and Sitting rooms were furnished with the super comfortable Aspen armchairs and sofas, coordinated with the ever so stylish Queenscliff Wingbacks and Sara tub chairs in the fresh and breezy colour scheme used throughout. Standard bedrooms featured the popular and very comfortable Belgrave chair. The premium rooms had a larger layout featuring the Kallista Wingback and a desk area with the Symmetry desk and Audrey chair in coordinating colours. Sammy Sparrow sideboards, entertainment units and bookcases as well as Cousins coffee and side tables were used throughout the facility. All outdoor areas and balconies were furnished with our Tequila lounge settings and Ibiza dining chairs with comfy outdoor cushions paired with Orlando tables. HFA was working to a tight deadline and several of the specified fabrics were out of stock with long lead times. We worked with the client to find alternative fabrics where appropriate however they were happy to wait for some items to ensure they were able to use the fabrics they preferred. We split the delivery over 2 visits to ensure there was furniture available for use while waiting for the remaining fabrics. The installations went smoothly and our client was very pleased with the result.
